Publish OpenAccess

Here is a recent article that appeared in Le Devoir about the mass resignation of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Informetrics. The next day, they lauched the journal "Quantitative Science Studies". A professor at the Université de Montréal is now the interim Editor in chief. The journal is published jointly by the MIT Press and received support from the German National Library of Science and Technology.

Previously, the editorial board of the Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics also flipped to create the journal "Algebraic Combinatorics".
